Job discovery: press "Find jobs for me" and the app reads your CV and searches job-room.ch — the official Swiss job board — for postings that fit. You get up to 10, each with a percentage match and a one-line reason why, in your language. Add one to your jobs with a click, open the original posting for free, or dismiss it — dismissed postings never come back. Adjust city, radius and job titles, or tell it you want something different ("moving into sales") and it searches in the new direction. Two searches are free, and a search that finds nothing new never costs anything. You'll find it on the dashboard and as the first tab when you add a job.

Talk instead of typing: every question in Aitor's CV interview now has a mic. Tap it and speak — up to a minute per answer, with a live level meter — and your words land as text in the answer box, where you can edit them before moving on; record again to add more. German works too when it's Swiss German (it comes out as Standard German), and so do French, Italian and English — and the CV's language is pre-selected from the language you spoke. Voice adds nothing to the price: it's included in the interview's one-time cost, however often you re-record.

Your CV interview with Aitor is now saved to your account as you answer — encrypted — so you can start on your phone and finish on your computer. The CV library shows the draft as its own card with your progress and a Continue button, and an interview you've already paid for always resumes, even with zero credits left.

The dashboard's mission chips now explain themselves: tap one (long-press on your phone) to see what the action does and where to find it. The AI-improve button in the CV editor points itself out once — "3 seconds: let AI improve this text — free." — and the interview setup no longer insists on a saved job up front: a link or the pasted posting is enough.

New loading screen: every wait in the app — signing in, opening the dashboard, generating your documents — now shows Aitor leaping between rocks instead of a spinner. It is a tiny clip that starts from a still image, so even on a slow connection you see him right away.

The dashboard now guides you through the whole journey with one card, "Your next step": add your CV, add the job, generate, export your CV, save to the tracker, practise the interview, sharpen your CV. Each step is a panel with one button, the order follows your goal (interview first if that is why you came), and a running generation shows a real progress bar — "2 of 5 documents ready" — instead of a second Generate button. A fresh account sees less: credits, storage and activity appear only once there is something to show, and the greeting uses your name.

Add a job right on the dashboard: no link? Paste the job text, or upload the posting as a PDF. Type a link to a portal that blocks automated reading — jobs.ch, jobup, Indeed, Glassdoor and friends — and you are told before you press the button, with the paste box ready. A malformed link now says so instead of doing nothing.

CV Maker: click anywhere on the live preview to jump to that section in the editor. Every section has an "Add with AI" button that turns a few notes or a pasted block into finished entries. And Word files (.docx) are now accepted for CV upload alongside PDF and text — words glued together by PDF-to-Word converters are separated on the way in.

Building a CV with Aitor: he now asks for your contact details before the review (all optional, prefilled from your profile), you can leave and come back — "Continue with Aitor · 3 of 6" — and the finished CV appears right where you started instead of on another page. CVs built with Aitor also no longer arrive without your name.

Phone and address are optional everywhere — in your profile, at the review step, and when pushing a CV to your profile. A Swiss letter usually carries an address, so the review tells you which field is missing and what the letterhead does without it, but only name and email can block a generation. The wizard itself is leaner: shorter step titles, no duplicated summary rows, one big upload button, and a green "Get credits" button when you run out instead of greyed-out controls.

The pack list on the pricing page now shows the numbers that matter: credits, roughly how many applications or interview trainings that is, CHF per 1,000 credits, and the saving against the smallest pack. Credits never expire, and there is no subscription.

"Analyze job" did nothing for links starting with www.; reloading the page mid-upload showed the upload box again (and could charge twice); the email-verification page kept waiting for 15 seconds after you had already verified on your phone; switching Login/Register made the page jump; and a few page reloads in a row on an office network could trigger "too many requests". All fixed.

Six cover-letter designs named after Swiss peaks — Matterhorn (classic), Rigi (modern), Pilatus (bold), Säntis (minimal), Jungfrau (elegant), Bernina (compact) — picked from a thumbnail carousel with a full-page preview and a star to set your default. Each one can also be downloaded as a Word template from Settings, where the fonts that print identically in the PDF are now listed.

Cover letters are shorter and sharper: three paragraphs, 220–300 words, built on your two or three strongest matching facts instead of restating the CV. Company facts appear only when tied to something you did — no more standalone flattery. The salutation reads gender only from an explicit title, never guessed from a first name, and the dated "To Whom It May Concern" is gone.

The application email is now a short cover note — purpose, one strong hook, attachments and availability, 60–130 words — with the conventional subject line, instead of a second cover letter. And company research is more careful: research that finds no real sources is rerun, and stray citation markers no longer land in your documents. Fewer invented company facts.

All AI actions now run on a newer, faster model, with the amount of "thinking" tuned per task — minimal for reading a CV, more for a cover letter or the match check. Processing stays inside the EU; your data stays stored in Switzerland.

Signing in: Google sign-in falls back to a full-page redirect when your browser blocks the popup. A link you open while signed out brings you back to that page after login. A verification link opened in your phone's mail app now works with no session at all — the app on your computer unlocks by itself. And "undo email change" actually restores the old address.

Small things: "Select all" / "Clear all" for cloud-sync document formats; an "Other" category in the feedback form, which no longer rejects ordinary punctuation as a "security threat"; and deleting your account asks — optionally — why you are leaving.

Custom Word templates: empty footer fields could print a stray marker, and a missing phone or email now removes its line cleanly instead of leaving a gap. A half-saved template preference could fail a generation — it now falls back to Rigi. Documents laid out by the app itself (job summary, interview export) use Arial, so Word and PDF finally match.

Everything that used to need a purchase is free for everyone: watermark-free CV export, Word, text and email-draft downloads, the full CV Maker library with every template, font and colour, cloud sync to Google Drive and OneDrive, ZIP download of a whole generation, and your own Word template. Credits now pay for exactly one thing — AI actions — and your lifetime free runs stay as they are.

If nothing can be read from an uploaded PDF (a scan without a text layer, for example), the upload now fails with a clear message and your free run is returned — instead of creating an empty CV and scoring it 0/100.

Multi-page CVs in the CV Maker: the header on continuation pages no longer cuts your name short, page footers and page breaks sit where they should, and the name and contact line were tightened across several templates.

No CV to upload? Aitor — our ibex, now with a face — asks you six short questions about your work, education, skills and languages and writes your CV from the answers. About five minutes, on your phone too. Costs the same as a CV upload and shares its free runs.

Aitor is also your interview coach: in coaching mode he listens while you type, thinks before he answers and reacts when an answer lands. Practice mode stays deliberately faceless — there you face a realistic interviewer, not a mascot.

Paste instead of retyping: in the CV Maker you can paste a block of text — a LinkedIn job entry, a list of certificates, a skills paragraph — into work experience, education, projects, certifications, languages or skills, and Aitor turns it into properly shaped entries you review before they are added. 3 credits per paste, however many entries come out; shares AI Improve's free runs.

Your first application on the dashboard is three steps — CV, job, generate — and the CV step now offers every way in: upload a file, start from a free example, or let Aitor ask. When a freshly imported CV opens in the editor, a banner takes you straight back to where you left off.

Subscriptions are retired: credit packs are now the only thing you can buy. Pay once, credits never expire, nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.

Job links copied from a Google result sometimes carried search parameters glued onto the address and failed to import. They are now cleaned up automatically.

The free plan no longer runs on 250 credits a month. You get a fixed number of runs per feature instead — 2 CV imports, 2 job postings, 2 full application packages, 2 match checks, 1 interview session, 1 CV health re-run, 1 tailor-or-translate and 5 AI improvements — once, and they never expire. Roughly twice the old monthly allowance, available from day one, and impossible to spend on the wrong feature.

Generated documents carry no watermark any more — for anyone, the free plan included. A generation costs a run or 100 credits whoever you are, so what comes out has to be something you can send.

The free tour: a dashboard card ticks off the eight free features as you use them, and the first credit pack you buy after completing it comes with 25% bonus credits (at least 50). No streaks, no daily logins — just the eight real steps.

Every button that spends credits now says so on the button itself — 'Free · 2 left' or the credit cost — and warns you before your last free run. When a feature's runs are gone, the prompt names the feature and lets you buy a pack without leaving the page.

Credit packs are described by what they buy — how many full applications — with the credit count second.

The match check scores only what decides the application: must-have and core requirements count, nice-to-haves are listed but no longer inflate the score, and the verdict follows the same number so card and score can't contradict each other. A missing knockout requirement (a permit, a mandatory certificate) is shown as a blocker instead of a percentage.

Tailor and Translate now tell you before you spend that the result is kept for 30 days, history cards name the exact day, and the expiry email lists all three ways to keep a version: apply parts to a CV, save it as a new CV, or replace one.

Deleting a CV now also removes the match-check verdicts that quoted it.

Interview practice lets you pick the type of conversation: screening call with HR, technical interview with your future manager, final round with management, or general practice. The question mix follows the choice, and your session list filters by it.

No more consent wall when you open the app. The one consent we genuinely need — for uploading a CV file, which can contain sensitive details — is asked at that moment, once, and only there. Building a CV by hand or from an example never asks. Withdrawing it deletes your stored CVs, not your account.

AI steps retry automatically when the model hiccups, so fewer CV imports, job imports and generations fail on a transient error.
