Our Mission
Finding a job should be about showcasing your skills and experience, not about writing the same cover letter over and over. preparAItor was built to give Swiss job seekers the tools to create polished, tailored application materials so you can focus on the conversations that matter.
Built for Switzerland
The Swiss job market is unique: multilingual (German, French, Italian, and English), highly competitive, and expectations for professionalism are high. preparAItor is built with Swiss candidates in mind:
- Four languages native: Generate applications in DE, FR, IT, and EN with proper tone and local conventions.
- Swiss orthography support: Optional ss-vs-ß handling for German documents.
- Data residency: Your data stays in Europe, primarily in our Zurich-based Google Cloud infrastructure.
- Built in Switzerland: preparAItor is a service of CHW-Services, based in Wetzikon.
What We Do
Upload your CV, paste a job link, and let our AI do the heavy lifting. preparAItor generates:
- Personalized cover letters and motivational letters
- Application emails with proper subject lines and tone
- Interview Q&A preparation tailored to the job
- AI-powered interview practice sessions with feedback
- Job summaries with enriched company information
All documents are generated using Google's Gemini AI with grounding for accurate, up-to-date company information, and are delivered in the format you need (PDF documents, Editable Word documents, or Plain-text documents depending on your tier).
Privacy & Security First
We take privacy seriously. Your CV and personal data are encrypted at the field level using AES-256-GCM with keys managed by Google Cloud KMS. All data is hosted in Europe, we use Firebase App Check with reCAPTCHA to prevent abuse, and you can delete your account at any time. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train AI models without anonymization. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
