1. Our Commitment
CHW-Services is committed to ensuring that preparAItor is accessible to everyone, regardless of ability or technology used. preparAItor targets conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We also follow best practices recommended by the European Accessibility Act, which has been enforceable since 28 June 2025.
3. Accessibility Features
Our platform includes the following accessibility features:
- Semantic HTML: We use proper heading structure, landmarks, and ARIA labels to help screen readers navigate content.
- Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
- Color contrast: Text meets or exceeds WCAG AA contrast ratios in both light and dark modes.
- Dark mode: A full dark theme is available for users with light sensitivity or who prefer reduced screen brightness.
- Responsive design: The site works on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, and respects user font size preferences.
- Screen reader compatibility: Tested with modern screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver).
- Multilingual support: Full content available in English, German, French, and Italian.
- Clear typography: We use readable font sizes, appropriate line spacing, and avoid dense walls of text.
- No auto-playing media: Videos do not autoplay; users control playback.
- Alt text on images: Meaningful alternative text is provided for informative images.
4. Known Limitations
We are actively working to improve accessibility. Current known limitations include:
- Some marketing video content may not yet have full captions or transcripts.
- Some third-party embedded content (e.g., Stripe checkout) follows its own accessibility standards, which we cannot directly modify.
- AI-generated documents (cover letters, emails) should be reviewed for accessibility before sharing, as output is based on your input.
If you encounter any other accessibility barriers, please let us know so we can address them.
